Ignite – Our employee-run committee connects, energizes, and provides the spark for ideas and initiatives to come to life. From seasonal events and company parties to philanthropic initiatives and health & wellness activities, Ignite is about giving momentum to employee-driven initiatives.

Appreciating our amazing employees

Values in Action Award – This popular peer recognition program was created to acknowledge colleagues who live our values every day. Winners of this coveted award are eligible for an all-expense paid trip to the annual WOCCU conference and offered $500 to donate to their preferred charity.

Service Awards – We honour our long-term employees by celebrating significant service milestones. As part of the celebration, they may direct a corporate donation to a non-profit organization of their choice.

Providing open communication channels

Town Halls – Each quarter, we come together as a group to share the latest corporate news and celebrate our successes at company-wide Town Halls.

Exec Connect – Every month, a cross-functional group of employees connects with a senior executive in a casual setting to discuss current organizational topics and share perspectives.

Annual Employee Engagement Survey – At Credential, everyone has a voice. By participating in our annual survey, employees have the opportunity to provide their opinion on what’s working and areas for improvement.
